What is Bookster Kids all about?

Bookster Kids is a personalised story book platform where we create fun and educational books for children.

How are the books personalised?

We offer name and gender personalisation in all of our books!

What do you mean by photo addition in the dedication page?

In all of our books you can add a photo along with a message for your little reader before the story starts to make the gift even more special!

What is photo personalisation?

Photo personalisation is an add on feature available in some of our books. You can add the face of the child as part of the book!

This feature is available in the following books-

Alphabet Jungle Safari
Saves the Vegetables
Underwater Adventure

Points to be kept in mind for photo personalisation.

Please email the photos to us on booksterkids@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please note that the quality of print would depend on the quality of photos provided, we take no responsibility for a blur result.
Kindly ensure that in the photo, the child is front facing and the face is clearly visible.
If more than one child’s book has to be made, kindly name each photo in the email with the name of the child to ensure correct placement in the book.
Please note that once you place the order with photo personalisation, we will not be able to provide a refund if you want to modify it to an only name and gender personalised book.

How’s the paper quality of the books?

We use luxury non tearable paper along with a strong cardboard cover for all our books. Additionally, the pages have a coating layer, which makes them resistant, and also guarantees a smooth and uniform finish.

By when will I get the books once I place an order?

We get to work as soon as we receive your order! We hope to dispatch the books as soon as we can so they reach you within 10 to 15 days of placing the order! Once dispatched you will receive a tracking address from our side to check the status of your order.

How about shipping?

Shipping for an order value above Rs 1500 to the same address is free within India! If the order value is under ₹ 1500, a flat shipping charge of Rs 75 is applicable PAN India.

What about discounts?

You may find discount coupons sent to you over email or on our social media or website. Feel free to use them and make the most of our ongoing promotions! Discount codes should be applied before the order is placed and cannot be used once the order has been placed.

We can neither issue any kind of refund if the discount codes are not applied prior to placing the order, nor can we apply the discount code later on.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Given the personalised nature of the books, we can only start creating the books once payment is received hence cash on delivery is not an option but we have many payment options to choose from!

Is it possible to return or exchange the book?

In such a scenario we would want to know what went wrong and sort it out for you. If there is an error on our part, we will offer you a replacement at no extra cost!

If your Product is defective or damaged (in which case Bookster Kids shall require photographic evidence from you within 2 days of receipt) please reach out to us on booksterkids@gmail.com

What is your cancellation policy?

Once the order is processed, we cannot accept cancellations as the books are extremely personalised and made on order.

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund under the following circumstances: we fail to deliver your order within 45 days after the date you placed the order.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds can be provided in extraordinary circumstances, please get in touch with our team to discuss the same! The decision made by Dreamster Ventures LLP will be final under such circumstances.
